Fireclamp Mortar
Easy application for both large and small seals
Fireclamp Mortar is a single pack material that, when mixed with water, provides a fire resistant smoke stop seal able to reinstate the fire resistance of separating walls and floors when penetrated by a wide range of building services.
- Independently tested to EN 1366-3: 2009 and EN 1366-4: 2006 providing up to 4 hours fire resistance
- Tested in conjunction with a wide range of service penetrations including bunched cables, large power cables and steel and copper pipes
- Seal designs available for large floor openings (1400mm x any length) and wall openings (1500mm high x any width)
- Safe: free of fibres, silica and halogens
- Easy to use: can be applied by trowel or poured into position
- Does not require specialist equipment: simple mixing and application tools can be used and cleaned with water
- Does not shrink on setting
- Provides a rigid, gas-tight barrier to smoke, combustion gasses and halon gas
- Quick setting with good surface finish
- Seals are easily drilled and refilled for later installation of additional services

- Extensive testing to EN 1366-3: 2009 providing up to 4 hours fire resistance to service penetrations
- Classification to EN 13501 and CE Mark (ETA 13/0584)
- Mechanical and durability testing to ETAG # 026-2
- Sound insulation: Rw up to 57dB (BS EN ISO 10140-2: 2010)
- VOC Emissions Classification: M1 (highest European classification)
